11:00 AM to 8:00 PM everyday

Delivery runs are broken into 3 hour windows: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM, and 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Customers who place their orders at least 45 minutes prior to the start of the next delivery window will receive it during that window.

 

For example: If someone wants to place an order for the 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM window they would have to submit it by 1:15pm. Delivery orders can be placed up to 1 day in advance. Once a delivery window starts, it may take between 30 mins to 2.5 hours depending on how many deliveries are in a window and where a customer falls in the route.

A delivery driver will call the customer prior to departing the store and should be able to provide an estimated time of arrival. The delivery driver will also call the customer when they arrive to drop off the delivery.

A minimum pre-tax total of $75.00 is required for all delivery orders. When the $75.00 minimum order is there are no additional fees.

 

There is a $75 minimum for the customer’s subtotal. They will not be able to place an order without meeting the minimum. There are no fees for delivery.

Yes, a valid Missouri ID is required to complete the delivery order.

Dutchie Pay, Debit Card, and Cash are the current accepted payment options for delivery.

Customers will have to meet the delivery driver at the car so we can process the sale on camera. We have video and audio recording.

No, unless it is a Caregiver receiving a delivery for a qualifying patient under their care.

The state defined single purchase limit is 3 oz. equivalent. (That breaks down to 84 grams of flower, or 2,400mg of edibles, or 24 grams of concentrate. 100mg of edibles = 3.5g equivalent / 1g of concentrate = 3.5g equivalent)

In store discounts apply to delivery and so does our rewards program for our enrolled customers. The deals should be listed on the website and they apply to delivery.

Customers will need to bring defective items to the store for inspection. They will need their receipt and original packaging. Management discretion will determine the ability to return or exchange products. There is a 14 day return policy for defective vapes. Vapes are inspected for damage prior to leaving the store.
