From the Earth is proud to support Forgotten Prisoner, a nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring that people incarcerated for non-violent cannabis offenses are not left behind as legalization expands across the United States and around the world. Founded by Donte West and Jarred Shaw, the organization secures sentence modifications, compassionate release, and effective advocacy for individuals serving time for cannabis convictions through strategic legal intervention, policy reform, and public awareness. Forgotten prisoner is guided by one simple belief: no one should spend the rest of their life or die in prison because of outdated cannabis laws.
