Unable To Locate Your Rewards Account?
We understand losing access to your account can be frustrating, but don’t worry – we’re here to help. You will be unable to locate your account if either of the following have occurred:
- Opted out of data tracking: When this occurs, the Rewards program software no longer has permission to track your sales. As a result you will no longer accrue points on purchases since the software no longer has permission to view your purchase history.
- Deleted your account: This is different than unsubscribing. Deleting your account means it will no longer be connected to your customer profile or accessible via any login pages. This will result in points no longer being accrued for purchases as your sales history will no longer be synced to a wallet.
If either of these two instances occur, the member account is automatically archived and removed from the system. In the event this has occured on accident, or if you’ve changed your mind, you can complete this form to recover your account:
